Meet the Founders

Eric Rogers

Founder

Eric Rogers is a people and culture leader, shaped by a simple but defining observation: what organizations say they value often doesn’t match how they actually operate.

As a first-generation law school graduate, Eric began his career in labor and employee relations, where he saw firsthand how gaps between intention and action impact people and performance. That insight has guided more than two decades of work in senior HR leadership across diverse, global environments, helping organizations close that gap and build cultures grounded in clarity, trust, and accountability.

Eric holds degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Vanderbilt Law School and is certified in executive coaching, diversity and inclusion, and a comprehensive portfolio of leadership assessments. He partners with leaders to align people, culture, and systems in ways that produce measurable, sustainable results.

His work is grounded in a clear belief: belonging is not a “nice to have”. It is a driver of performance. When organizations care for the whole person, they don’t just improve, they perform differently.

Nikki Benét Rogers

Founder

Nikki Benet Rogers is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive.  Throughout her career, she has discovered that her greatest fulfillment comes from seeing others succeed – a belief beautifully captured by the Sanskrit word mudita, which means finding joy in the success of others.  Nikki strives to embody mudita in her work and in her life, celebrating the growth, courage, and achievements of those around her.

As an ICF-accredited coach and seasoned HR leader, Nikki partners with individuals and organizations to help them unlock their potential and lead with greater confidence and clarity.  Her approach is grounded in trust, deep listening, and thoughtful inquiry.  Rather than offering quick answers or directives, Nikki creates space for clients to explore what matters most, gain meaningful insight and make empowered decisions about how they want to show up, personally and professionally.

With more than two decades of experience across industries including entertainment, energy, and security, Nikki brings both strategic perspective and human-centered care to her work.  She is known for helping people build confidence, strengthen relationships, and move forward with intention – so they can thrive individually and contribute more fully to the organizations they serve.
